Hello, we are the Outreach Workers, here to help with information and advice. Anyone can refer to us if concerned about someone. Whether you or someone you know has been recently diagnosed, or you want to know about care at home or in residential care, we can help point the way. Or you may just want to talk to someone about what is happening. We will listen in confidence.
We work to support people with dementia, friends and families, including home visits or private appointments. We also run monthly meetings, just come along, see Events and Caregiving.
If you would like help please do get in touch. We often find that simply being able to talk with someone who understands dementia, can be a great relief.
